It is one of the first questions business owners ask: what is this going to cost? The honest answer is that it depends on what you want to automate and how your business works. That does not make it unclear, as long as you know which parts make up the price.
In this article we explain how the costs are built up, which guide prices we use and how you estimate whether it pays for itself.
What the costs consist of
The costs of AI automation usually consist of two parts:
- A monthly amount for the use of the AI agents.
- One-off implementation costs for setting everything up and connecting it to your systems. These depend on the integrations you want and we discuss them in advance.
At Flowix, all modules can be cancelled monthly. So you are not tied to a long-term contract.
What your price depends on
Three factors determine what a solution costs for your business:
- Volume. The number of calls, tickets or posts the AI handles.
- Integrations. The number of connections with your systems, such as your calendar, CRM or helpdesk.
- Training the AI. Any custom training on your business and your way of working.
A business with ten phone calls a day and one calendar ends up at a different amount than an organisation with several locations and systems.
Guide prices per component
To give you an idea, these are the guide prices we use:
| Component | What it does | Guide price |
|---|---|---|
| Internal processes (Flowix Agents) | Individual AI agents for emails, documents and scheduling | from €75 per month per agent |
| Telephony (Flowix Call) | Answers every call and schedules appointments | from €225 per month |
| Customer service (Flowix Support) | Answers customer questions via chat, email and tickets | from €350 per month |
| Social media (Flowix Social) | Creates, schedules and publishes content | from €450 per month |
| SEO pages (Flowix Auto Page) | Local and service pages at scale | custom |
| Custom website | Website with chat, telephony and automation built in | from €1,000 |
These are starting points. If you combine several components, you get a package price.
How to work out whether it pays off
The costs say little without looking at what you get in return. Ask yourself three questions:
- How many hours go into it now? Add up the hours you or your team spend each week on the work you want to automate.
- What does a missed enquiry cost? A phone call that goes unanswered is often a job that goes to someone else.
- What would you do with that time? Hours that are freed up can be spent on work that brings in revenue.
On our homepage there is a calculator you can use to make a first estimate. It works with 70% of your manual hours saved and an hourly rate of €35. It is a calculation example, not a guarantee, but it gives you a good feel for the order of magnitude.
An example from practice
BAKA Glass Software spent 12 hours a day on support and was considering hiring 2 to 3 extra FTE, which came to more than €9,000 per month. After implementing Flowix AI Support, that dropped to less than 3 hours a day, without extra staff.
Not every business has numbers like these. The example does show where the gain is: in work that comes back every day and follows fixed patterns.
How to get your exact price
A guide price is a starting point. You know what your solution costs after one demo call. In 30 minutes we look at your processes, your volume and the systems we connect with. After that you get your price in black and white, including the one-off implementation costs.
On our pricing page you can already put components together yourself and see roughly where you end up.
Conclusion
AI automation for SMEs starts at a few tens of euros per month for one agent and increases as you hand over more. The price is determined by volume, integrations and training, not by a fixed list of packages.
More important than the amount is what it replaces: hours, missed enquiries and work that is left undone. Work that out first, and you will quickly know whether it pays off for your business.
